Religious intolerance

So, I found out today that it’s ok for some religious groups to be intolerant towards other. And I learned this from another Pagan.

I learned that it’s ok for Jews to be intolerant of Messianic (or Christian) Jews because Messianic Jews worship Christ and therefore aren’t really Jewish. I also learned that everyone should feel this way because these Messianic Jews are “frauds and liars” because they stole the Jewish name.

And yet the same Pagans who are sanctioning this kind of intolerance cry foul when they are attacked. And find the term “Christian Pagan” perfectly acceptable. It’s hypocrisy at it’s greatest and I think they are foul for putting that face forward.

If you practice a minority religion it’s probably a good idea to keep an open mind about other religions.
