I’m glad that the SCOTUS had the sense to uphold such a worthy law. The people of Oregon wanted it and the Bushies didn’t like that. They thought by putting Roberts on the Court then they’d be given their way- carte blanche. He did, of course, follow the GOP protocol of going with anything Bush wanted. The problem was that there weren’t enough of his kind on the court. Even if Alito had been confirmed in time for this it wouldn’t have passed. 6-3…oh the poor Bushies.
What happened to the Conservative mantra of “No more Big Government?” What happened to the Conservative value of “States Laws”? The Bushies aren’t Conservatives, their Fascists. They’re shameful.
