Saving Jordan Raine

I just came across this site while surfing through BlogMad. I wanted to post a link here because this story just tears me apart.

Jordan Raine is a 4 year-old girl at the center of a vicious custody battle. Her mother was a child from a polygamist group who left to explore real life. She then went back to that lifestyle, abandoning Jordan and Jordan’s father, Robbie. Then she became the second wife to a polygamist and is now seeking sole custody of Jordan. Robbie and his mother, Barb (the blog’s author) are trying desperately to save Jordan from the clutches of this cult.

The chronicle of a father’s quest to gain permanent custody of his 4-year-old daughter with endless support from his family and friends, and to save her from being raised in a polygamist cult.

Please stop by and show them your support. This little girl deserves to have her childhood as long as she can and not end up being given to an old man from the “group” when she enters puberty. These folks are having a helluva fight and they need to know they have support from those of us living in the real world.
