I had such a tiring day today. Mostly because it was a lot of play and gardening. I happen to like both. Unfortunately, this puts me in a good mood, which means no rants. The good news is I have PICTURES! Yay!

Saturday is Baby’s 3rd birthday. Yay! Anyway, that ought to be rant inspiring for sure. I’ll have Millie here, the Mother, Fil’s kids from Kentucky, and a shit load of nieces (plus whoever Millie decides to bring with her). Oh, and TheMan’s dad will be coming with his wife. Mwahaha! It’ll be a blast.

heathenschildren.Thanks so much for your kind words. I was indeed blessed with a lovely coupla kids, wasn’t I? Of course, the pay off is strong willed independence (headaches from banging head against wall), but I love that too. They’re both so smart.
I do not look forward to the birthday party. Believe that. Last year Millie came in and tried to take over, rushing everyone through the whole thing because she had to be somewhere. Then the Mother got offended because Millie wanted Baby to throw cake or something and Millie’s friend tried to get a fight started between Millie and TheMan’s stepmother (”She was looking at you funny.”) Of course, I was trying to mediate, but dayum was that tedious! Then TheMan’s grandfather, older than the dirt he has all over his clothes, was just being nasty and loud- grrr. And poor Baby just wanted to enjoy herself.
Gah! I’m a nervous wreck just thinking about it. Maybe we’ll go to the zoo instead. Do you think I’d offend anyone? Mwahaha!! Of course I would, sillies! I offend the whole family every time I open my mouth/make up my own mind. Pshaw!
Don’t worry, Paula. You’ve got your rant coming. I’m working on it as I write this (I know, it doesn’t make sense. I’ve got to formulate and shit).
