It’s official

I’ve decided to support Kucinich. Not only is he from Ohio, but he firmly supports gay marriage. Anyone who’s not afraid to say that on national television is someone I want in the White House.

The End.

I haven’t decided yet. I’m still leaning towards Edwards, but I think his chances are slim.

Not only that, but Elizabeth Kucinich is TASTY.

Edwards sealed his fate with me when he came right out and said he doesn’t support gay marriage. I refuse to stand behind a candidate that supports second class citizenship for anyone.

It appears that Hillary will win the primary, so I’ll have to vote for her next November because I’m not voting for Ghouliani (c. Joe) or “throwing away my vote” on some no-chancer. But I’m thinking to vote for someone else in the primary because I find the whole thing so annoying and all the candidates so unappealing. Hillary’s just another unprincipled multi-millionnaire who will say anything, yawn.

      Sushi! :-)

I’ll throw away my vote with no problem. If Clinton wins the nomination I’m writing in either Kucinich or Feingold. Fuck her. I’ll do it on principal. She’s just as weasely and untrustworthy as any Repub candidate (or any of the sorry ass Blue Dog Dems- who might as well switch parties, the cowardly titty babies). I’m sick of going along with what the party thinks is best. Clinton is not the best choice- her ovaries notwithstanding.

I’m with you on DK, JJ! I just wish these power-player types (Clooney, Soros, etc.) who are just as liberal would quit with the “electability” crap and back the candidate they align with. Sure, Kucinich has the proverbial snowball’s chance in H-E-double hockey sticks of winning, but he’s got the best ideas and more guts to back ‘em up than any of the milquetoastian front-runners. The Dem money players who want change need to help him get those ideas out in the primaries and thus influence the Dem platform for the general election.

No fucking way I’m voting for HC or I’llBombya. You might as well go with Huckabee (the Repub idea man at the back of the pack). What would be great is if Al jumped in about a month from now and started stealing some thunder. I might even vote for him!

You were off by one letter, JJ. Raw fish is TASTY, especially the tuna and yellowtail. Yummers.

Nice one. From this distance, I think Kucinich would be the one I’d vote for too. He seems much more inclined than the rest to say the right thing, rather than just the electable thing.

Electablity is nonsense. If these fuckers would support a real candidate the lemmings would surely follow. You know? If we all sing our praises about Kucinich then maybe it’ll catch on. I swear, if HRC wins the nom I will spork my own eyes out. Not voting for Gore either. I want someone who will tell the Religious Right to shove it. You know?

I threaded these comments for a reason, Joe. What’s up with your refusal to “reply to” me? Hmmm?

    14. Posted September 6, 2007 at 12:08 am | Permalink

He came straight out and said “I support gay marriage”. That was enough for me. He’s got ‘em all beat as far as I’m concerned.
